Salon Policies & Guidelines

1. Health & Safety
For the safety of all guests and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with visible fungal infections, ingrown toenail’s; open wounds, or medical conditions that may pose a health risk.

2. Special Care for Diabetic Clients
Clients with diabetes must inform us when booking their appointment. For safety reasons, cuticle cutting is not provided for diabetic guests.

3. Spa Chair Safety
Our spa chairs have a maximum weight capacity of 250 lbs (113 kg). Exceeding this limit may cause damage or create safety concerns.

4. Service Satisfaction & Guarantee
All services are final. No refunds or exchanges are provided once a service has been completed.

If you are not satisfied with the nail color or shape, we are happy to make a complimentary adjustment within 3 days of your service.

Gel polish is guaranteed for 7 days.
Gel fill services are not guaranteed against lifting, cracking, or breakage.

5. Appointment & Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or have their appointment canceled to respect other clients’ schedules.

6. Promotions & Discounts
All promotions and discounts are subject to specific terms and are valid only during the stated promotional period.

7. Child Safety
 For their safety, children under 10 years old are not permitted to receive services unless/otherwise with parents permission and be supervised at all time during the processing.

Please arrange childcare or supervision during your appointment.

8. Personal Belongings
 4 Seasons Nails & Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, including phones, purses, and jewelry. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

9. Respectful & Relaxing Environment
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests:
– Please keep your phone in silent or vibrate
– Speak in a low voice
– Use headphones for calls or music

10. Payment Policy
Please have a valid form of payment ready before your service. Failure to pay after services are provided may result in legal action.
